Out-of-the-Closet w/ Tamar M.

First up is the lovely girl-about-town, Tamar. She lives in a loft, has a cat named Olive, and makes the best Pimm's Cup (umbrella straw included). As a shop girl for Tootsies, her work life consists of styling clients for their next shindig and being surrounded by the latest collection from designer heavyweights such as Alexander McQueen, Zac Posen, and Chloe. Not too shabby if you ask me.

Q: Please list 3 words that describe you.
A: athirst, vehement, & eager

Q: What designer inspires you the most and why?
A: Right not, Alexander McQueen. Sometimes his things are light-hearted, sometimes playful, always sexy and beautiful.

Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Juvenile. I have the rest of my life to be serious.

Q: Where do you like to shop locally? Are there any stores you wish were local?
A: I shop where I work, and other than that, I am only interested in thrift stores. It's either a fight to afford it or find it...

Ahhh... yes, I finally got to take in the Alexander McQueen moto boots in all its glory. After seeing them on Fashiontoast, I knew it was my destiny to at least meet them in person.
