Guess who is this close to being done with law school? Yeah, THIS girl that's who! 1 more final to go... tick, tock... (speaking of, I probably should be studying)
I can't explain how good it feels to almost be done. I must say, law school has been one of my toughest challenges yet. It's definitely a great character building experience, and it teaches you how to analyze the law. Even though I worked as a paralegal for some odd years, it didn't really prepare me for the intimidating professors and rigorous curriculum (think The Paper Chase). If you liked reading before, you'll hate reading after being in law school! No, just kidding, but I seriously can't wait to get back to reading books that have NOTHING to do with law. I think I'll be buying a lot of Sophie Kinsella and Candace Bushnell.
Ok, I had to show you guys this. Is this not the creepiest thing you've ever seen? It's my husband. Ha! We purchased this in Taiwan from a booth-style store where you get your picture taken and molded onto the head of an animal body key chain. It was only $13, so obviously, we couldn't say no. I didn't have my face transposed cause apparently someone said I wasn't making the right faces. Anywayzzz... this company also makes super realistic ceramic models of you or you and whoever. All you have to do is send them a pic. I believe it was only about $100 (which I find very affordable for something so customized), so hubby and I are totally going to have our faces memorialized. We just need to figure out whose body we want. Heh, heh...
