Holy Pollock!

vintage blouse : Forever 21 suspenders : Serfontaine shorts : thigh highs from Taiwan : Jeffrey Campbell wedge booties : vintage and diy bracelets

Found this fantastically loud ink blot blouse at my local resale shop and pretty much immediately had this outfit in mind. I wanted to add a little bit of a menswear touch to balance out the girly bow and then sex it up with some thigh high stockings. Has anyone been able to find an affordable pair of thigh high leather boots that has a max 3" inch heel, hugs chicken legs, and doesn't make one look too trashy? If so, call me! For now, high stockings with ankle boots will be my cheap alternative.
