I've started getting a hang of prepping my hair every morning. For the first time in my life, I actually have a religious hair routine. As with every new routine, a good set of tools is key. As you probably figured, I never really had much in tools, so whatever I did have desperately needed a facelift.
A while back, Missiko graciously let me try out their Hana flat iron (in pink no less), which I have become pretty attached to. I have since become a flat iron convert and loving every minute of it. It works wonders on my frizzies if the Houston heat doesn't get to them first. Since I have a limited amount of time in the morning to get ready and go, I have to rely on a good hair dryer as well. Mine had seen better days (see below). Yes, that is indeed melted plastic.
Missiko has come to the rescue once again. I know I told you that a hairdryer was next on my list. See, I wasn't kiddin'! My new hairdryer is sleeker, quieter, has a multi-setting cold and hot switch, and comes with a detachable nozzle. Pretty sweet, huh? It's nice to know that now I don't have to look like I just rolled out of bed.
I've only reviewed the Hana products, but Missiko is a good place to start if you're looking for your hair care needs. They have all kinds of Hair Straighteners like the Babyliss and the CHI Flat Iron. For those who are wondering, I don't just take on any review. I love that Missiko is an independent, family-owned business, and it offers quality products in a variety of brands. If you're not sure about purchasing, you can read the reviews for each item which is always a favorite feature of mine on any online site. So yes, I really do use my Hana flat iron every day, and the hairdryer is quickly following suit.
